I thought of a very simple idea or strategy by which the federal government can make a lot of revenue innocuously, without hurting anyone. It is quick,or relatively quick. It would involve going between two existing systems.i calculated a billion dollars, more or less the first year depending on how well it's done. The public won't like it,but they won't storm the Bastille either. It would involve several federal gov.agencies or departments. It could be going in a matter of months.I hear that the gov.is starving and here is a simple strategy by which you can earn a lot.Obama would love it.I ran it by my lawyer from Ropes and Gray to test reality and he went hmm.I ran it by another very bright bank director because the lawyer said there might be legislation against it,or against some applications. He said 'no',no one has ever thought of it.If people don't like it,they will like paying less on the subway, less for other services, etc.I am a university teacher here and in France and a published author in both countries.I have a provisional patent form. The question is how to get through to someone good in the gov.so that this can move.A billion isn't a trillion, but over time,a billion a year in harmless revenue would help. There is no gambling casino or war here.It is only a strategy.I went to the vice-pres.of one agency here and he said,'What's the idea?' and then ran away.Only someone good should reply. The idea is relatively big.If we do it,Europe will do it.Please phone me or contact me decently.Frances Gladstone 617 852 274 Boston
