business such as getting a personal loan or refinancing your home. You can
also see if you can get a silent partner or investor who may fund you the
amount. Don't overlook the obvious because you always want to have options
especially if trying to get a small business loan fails.
In this U.S. economy (assuming you are in the United States), it has been
tougher to obtain loans and many people's credits have been affected. You can
also try and do a business plan that only requires minimal funds initially
and take it on a step by step basis until funding becomes available either by
a loan of some sort or income you've earned.

(Small Business Development Center). To locate the nearest one, just Google
up (your state) + SBDC. I am a management consultant with the Kentucky SBDC

just itching to give away free money. And the SBA has very stringent

have more suggestions (check my signature) that might help (such as peer to
peer lending).
