I need alittle start up capital for a fuel farm approximately 350k. I am using algae and want to make diesel and other fuels to help with the nations crisis. Do you think, that would be in the nations interest to help me...... I have a site bought and most of the components bought including the tanks to hold the fuel and farm aggregate.

Forget about grants - they just do not work that way.
You should start with a business plan - find a local SCORE or SBDC in your area - work with them in developing a business plan - they are free to use and can help you research how to make your business a success. Once you plan is completed and you understand how much money you need to pull this off - then come back here and ask for advice regarding that amount of funding.

Grants are not available to start for-profit businesses unless you have invented a new product that is in the national interest. Your best bet is to secure a loan. In this economy even that is not easy.
