small businesses that SBA won't approve a disaster loan!

To me this is a total shame I run a small business that was affected by the
flood in muncy, pa and when we first applied they basically told us we were
guaranteed a disaster loan and economic disaster loan as well. Now after 3
attempts to fix things in our credit history which are fixed they are still
denying us disaster assistance. Why don't they tell you when you apply that
not only is the business credit score looked at but also your personal.
Personally I think the Sba should just tell every small business unless your
credit is perfect forget applying. They only want to help who they deem
worthy of help. Well trust me for the small mom and pop shops out there who
has managed to survive this failing economy like we have and then be rejected
to me the SBA disaster program is a joke. Lets face it if we had perfect
credit we wouldn't be asking for disaster loan we would get our own funding.
So for anyone out there who was basically guaranteed help then rejected we
feel for you why do these organizations exist if they can't help the
businesses that really suffered.
Sincerely,
