Small Virtual Business Partnership Question...

Myself and 2 partners started a small business last September, it is now April and already they both have quit/resigned due to not being able to handle hard work and not being aware of exactly how much work a small business would entail, are they entitled to be reimbursed their initial start-up money? If so, am I responsible for returning this start-up money to them from the money I have made through the company? Keep in mind, they have not done ANY work for the business or contributed anything besides the initial start-up fee we all decided on, nor have they made one single dime for the company in all this time. The ideas for the website, marketing and everything else, all mine. For 6 months they have provided opinions and little or nothing else.
Any answer or thought would be greatly appreciated and will at least give me something to go on and help me think of how I should proceed. Of course I don't feel they should get one penny returned, they are quitters and afraid of hard work and that is not my problem. However, I know the law is the law, so my feelings in the matter may not count for much in this case. Thanks, TS
