    I would like to introduce you to myself and my new business, Willis Sinclair Homes. I am a fourth generation Home Builder from right here in the Lowcountry of South Carolina. My experience has been wide and varied from $100,000 renovations to $2,000,000 homes. I have even had the opportunity to build Award Winning homes that were featured in magazines such as Southern Living and Period Homes. As a youngster I learned how to build a house from the inside out while remodeling our family home from the top down. I have hands-on experience with every phase of building a home and from my experience in remodeling I know what makes a home last and what can potentially destroy a house. 

    Drawing from all of my past experiences I have now started my own business for the purpose of providing the very best custom homes to even the most demanding clients. Our business structure allows us to work for demanding clients and provide them with an excellent product, on-time, on-budget and with service that is second to none. Our clients love working with us and are always satisfied with the end result. Most of our clients are from a ways off and have to fly in to visit their job site. We know that traveling is expensive and time consuming so we have devised methods for our clients to manage and direct their home from a distance. Our clients are of course welcome to visit every day if they like but through careful collaboration we are able to minimize their necessary trips during construction. We keep our clients up to date with progress photos throughout construction so they never have to wonder exactly what is really going on at their job site. Once the new home owners have moved in we don't just walk away and leave them. We guide them through the steps of maintaining their new home. We provide them with as-built information so that if ever they remodel or add on or have any issue they can know exactly where every mechanical system or structural component is located before tearing into walls. In the end we are sure that our clients will be 100% satisfied with their new home and will gladly recommend us to their friends. 

    When I started in the building business I watched customers closely to see what they liked and disliked about the building process. I recognized deficiencies and I identified areas for improvement. I put myself in the customer's shoes and saw things from their perspective as if I were the client. From my observations I determined what a client would want in a home builder. I started Willis Sinclair Homes to give my clients the opportunity to work with a business that I myself would be proud to have working for me.
