Does anybody knows what to do after I checked out the name on DBA for my company?, I do not if the next step is get a structure (LLC, Inc, etc..) and then the EIN. What about Licenses for an Engineering firm, which licenses are the best or needed?

Hi joset,
Click on your state to find the steps to starting a business in your state.
You can use the Permit Me tool to see which licenses and permits you need to apply for.
This is really going to depend on the state, county and city you play to operate in or out of. I'm sure each state, county and city will have their own requirements and licencing when it comes to engineering. You should start off by contact your states business deparment, then county then city and check on the requirements.
