I want to thanks, first of all, whoever clicked the post and trying to help.
I came to US with my F1 visa about couple months ago as international student in a Business Master' Program. To enhance my business knowledge and experience, i decided to start up a small business in States while i am doing my degree.
However, there seems some issues here which i might have to face. For example, visa and registry business as non-citizen. My understanding is that F-1 visa is not good enough to work in US, but does that mean i can't registry a business neither? ? If not, which visa is the most appropriate to start up business as well as finish my degree?
I am only just started looking for more information regarding start-up. So it would be great helpful if any of you could provide any relevant information for help. I really appreciate your kindness and help in advance.

However, you should contact the State Department in regards to your visa. You do not want to do anything that would violate that, especially since you are going to school.
