The good thing about SEO businesses is that they are truely international. no matter where in the workld you are you can reach and deal with the entire internet population. the tough thing is thta it's becoming a superheated industry with a great many players in it, and a lot of rogues. I think one of the big challenges for you will be establishing credibility. If I were you I'd offer to work for free with a few well known and respected websites in exchange for an endorsement /review from them that you can post on your site, and perhaps some minor advertising on their site somehere.
