Hi everyone,
When starting a business:
1, Do i have to pay to down load the Articles Of Organisation and the Business Operating agreement or are they free.
2, For California is the Articles of Organization just 1 page?
3, I see there are websites that you pay $25 for them to help you. Is this necessary.
4, I am going to send off the Articles of Oganization, the Business Operating agreement, Register my business name, get a tax ID number, register for State and local taxes and obtain the relevant business Licences and permits. Is there anything I have missed. My business is an online website that i charge people to subscribe to.
