Im looking to start a clothing line, but Im not quite sure what I should do
first. I already have some designs but Im not sure if I should get my
business registered first, or get samples made first, or get a loan first?? I
have no knowledge of starting a clothing line and have no idea where I should
begin. Someone help!

already trademarked. This is your first step toward creating a brand.
Panabee.com is a good site for helping with this as it can be a very
difficult challenge to find a name you like, is distinctive and memorable and
is also available.
Next, I would show your designs to some people in the business. Go to some
small boutique clothing stores and get their input to see if your product
idea fits with today's customers.
The third step would be to do a business plan. You won't qualify for a loan
without one. It will also inform your decisions going forward.
Hope that helps.
