Darshan, I used this website http://www.myuscompany.com. They talke you thorugh the process step by step to set up a company in Delaware. The benefit to Delaware together with a few other states is that you do not have to pay sales tax. There is a lot of similar info on these forums too, but spread out. This doesn't cost that much and might be a good alternative. Good Luck!

1. You'll need a physical US address; this can be done via a virtual office or renting out office space. Some States have requirements regarding the location\address usable with companies formed within them. Make sure to do the proper reseach and use a proper US address. 2. You'll need to form a US company; this can easily be done at the State level. You'll end up forming an LLC, Inc, LTD, etc and be required to choose the State you're going to form in. Each state has their own requirements regarding this; view their respected website to get more information. 3. You'll need need a EIN 'Employee Identification Number' so your company can pay taxes at the corporate level. Since it's going to be a US based company you'll need to pay taxs; review the different types of companys you can form to choose the best one for you.
