Hi, My name is Paul and I am looking into starting my own business making luxury chocolate items in the USA.I am finding it extremely difficult to find out any information on this subject...Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Who doesn't love chocolate? well, everybody loves it, and there are lots of recipes you can do with chocolate, you can either bake, cook or sell it on its own,  just be creative and try to make a unique recipe for it, to become successful in this business.

Many states have a specialty foods association that will have information on requirements in your particular area. You might check to see if your state has one. Your local health department is also a good place to find information on licenses and requirements.
