I have already begun writing my business plan for the company I figure this is the first step as stated on the SBA site. However, I am stuck on the marketing aspect. I have read the template provided by the SBA training course on how to write a business plan but I am not sure how to address the suggested information below• Describe your business industry and outlookI know that industry so that is not a problem but I am not sure how to define or where to start to address the outlook • Define the critical needs of your perceived or existing marketI am guessing this is benching marking current companies that already exist but how do I began my research and does this only pertain to my state or nationwide?• Identify your target marketI know which customers I do want to target, is this as simple as listing the industries or specific customers?• Provide a general profile of your targeted clientsI pretty much understand this, how in-depth does this need to be?• Describe what share of the market you currently have and/or anticipateHow do I determine what shares of the market this business will have or could have? Thank You,
