I'm a strong believer in everyone deserves a second chance so I will love to
open up a Halfway House for people parole, probation or being released from
prison in IL. I believe if its more help people will enter back into society
on a postive note then thinking negative. Anyone have info on Illinois
requirements for setting up a Halfway House or Sober House?

levels. Have you completed research for your business plan? In doing so, you
should find the agencies that regulate and license halfway houses. You may
also want to meet with a counselor at a small business development center in
your area. Their services are free and they can evaluate your idea and
recommend how to best proceed.
