I am not sure I understand your question. You definitely need a solid
business plan to guide your business. Your best networking opportunities will
occur on your local level. You may want to contact your local chamber of
commerce. Also look for networking groups that are more than just business
card exchanges. Too many networking groups are comprised of people who only
look out for themselves rather than trying to help others succeed.

You may also want to contact your local womens business center. Many of them
have networking opportunities incorporated in their training sessions. You
may even be able to present a training session.
