I am an international company looking to start a business in the United States. Some advice on where to go in order to find out what is required and what I need to do re licencing would be helpful. I would be looking to establish the business in all states.

All good information posted here.  Might also think about finding a partner in the U.S. to sell your products or services through - and use that partnership to slowly migrate into the U.S. - might just make everything else easier.

Try to visit the 10 Steps to Starting a Business guide its pretty good.   If your thinking about loans try the Loans and Grants Search Engine.  Its a tool that provides information about Federal and state loan programs.   Good luck!
