Starting a New Business

I was having some uncertainty when I was trying to register my business online. I was asked to select "paid" worker option to include a new registration with the Department of Revenue for payroll tax withholding. The options are "No employees", "Independent contractors” and “Paid employees”, but I'm not sure which one to select.
I'm a self-employed hair stylist who will be renting a booth from a salon. I was asked the question above whether I selected "Sole Proprietor" or "Corporation" as a business structure.
I will not be hiring anyone, but I will be paying myself a salary. It sounds like I fit in either "No employees", "Independent contractors” or “Paid employees”.
Please help me to pick one....Thanks!
