Me and my partner want to have an online business that provides translation services.

i have these questions waiting for your answeres:

  1. I want open LLC in PA, and my partner is overseas 'foreigner' can I put him as a member? (if yes,  can the member be put as an officer
  2. Can I pay wages to officers who are members as well?
  3. is LLC the best option for us since we have no products to provide. online documents to be translated.
