Well, if I hear you correctly than you will probably need to do a few things. Often times medium & high end watch dealers require that you contact them directly to request becoming a dealer. Some watch companies only allow a certain number of resellers in a certain area to take care of their resellers. You will want to research out a good demographic area that will want your product and also before leasing a space, ensure that you can become a dealer for the watch brands you want to carry. Often times, in order to get a business loan, a bank will require a quality business plan to even be considered for financing. Some watch dealers are going to require a large minimum order. I would recommend saving up some money before starting because you will need money to pay for marketing, rent and employees if the business starts to grow or if you want time off of work. There are a lot of unexpected expenses and not all businesses are profitable immediately - I know mine wasn't...
