I leave in Italy but I want to set up a small business in US for a start. I
want to know the least capital I should have for this and where to start,
that is what steps to take. Thanks

like to be in? What are your skills? Find an industry (at least) then start
looking. There are niche opportunities in all areas (other than oil
refineries) so you can find something affordable. 'Least capital' depends on
the business. Try poking around biz for sale websites to see what is selling
and how much people want for it. Good luck
