I have an order for export to a south american country that wants a State Seal next to my signature on a document giving distribution authority to a local company. They say a standard Notary is not enough. Is there such a service where I can go to a state office to have my signature verified with a state seal? I live in Bakersfield. Thanks
This can be done at 'most' DMV locations, this is just like a financial stamp from banks that can only be obtained at a financial insitution to verify your identity.
