My son wants to observe someone doing business administration work during the summer. He is a junior in private school and is thinking of college for business administration/information systems. If anybody is willing to accept him to observe their work, we will gladly consider all options. thank you.
I would recommend going to a local community board or many the local chamber of commerce for some contacts. This is a national forum and it is unlikely you will find someone it your area that will be ok with this arrangement.
Many companies offer summer internships,so you should look at that also.
As mentioned previously, contact some local colleges or look at their job boards. If many of these companies are looking for an intern, you might find luck offering services in that way or by simply cold calling. Few people will 'list' this type of thing, but would be flattered by being asked.

The purpose of the community is to bring members together to discuss a common interest - in this case business. I think it's a great idea to post your son's interest in business on this site. Hopefully he'll find a wonderful opportunity through another Business.gov Community member.
