It would be nice if there was an intro video for your website showing all the basics of using it. Maybe you could even have other videos for more esoteric things that users might find useful.

How about a FAQ section? There is alot of good information on this website
but having a FAQ will cut some time for the visitor. That is where I usually
go first if I am on a website that offers alot of info and don't know where
to look first.
Video presentation/tutorials are always a good idea, but they tend to cost
quite a bit. Users nowadays expect high quality, professional quality video
production, which is very expensive both in terms of time & money.
Anything that looks cheap will probably impact the brand negatively.
