We are a new small business and would like to develop a supplier agreement with each of our suppliers. Without having to go to a lawyer for this, is there a federal supplier agreement template that we can use? Thanks.
Try Docstoc.com if you are looking for a template. Using a template should cut down your costs of creating the agreement. Of course, I suggest you have a lawyer review your contract before using it. It's just not worth it to save a few hundred dollars now but have contract issues in the future.
