I have an LLC which is registered to sell jewelry.  I now want to run my house cleaning business through this LLC.  What do I need to do to use the same name tax id and business for a new purpose>??

In my state (CA), you simply have to file an additional DBA with your fictitious name statement and you should be good to go. But check with your state's business registration website to make sure you're meeting your state's requirements for filing.

My first business was an internet biz, now I want to run my cleaning biz through my LLC, how do I do this?  what do I need to do legally, form wise?
