Isit possible to put an add out for a sponser to pay off student loan debt and they could use me as a dependant or tax writeoff?

Sunnyinaz - I'm not sure I understand your question correctly. Are you asking if it is legal for a business to sponsor your academic career?
If you want someone to pay your student loans in exchange for declaring you as their dependent on their taxes and thereby lowering their tax liability, that would be illegal. The only way someone can claim you as their dependent is by birth, marriage, or adoption and you would need to meet other requirements as well.
