Help!! Created an LLC years ago but never did any business, never conducted
business, but never disovled the LLC.
Now Franchise Tax Board is coming after us. What can we do?
The company has had zero activity, no bank accounts, no property, no income.

Be certain to file the paperwork to dissolve the LLC ASAP. If you can prove
that the business never got off the ground, you may not need to pay the tax.
