I´m having a debate on weather or not you can actually sell an object without paying taxes on it or legally have to put it on your tax income
Lets say you sell an item in a garage sale that is an one time sale and not an advertised Business and get payed cash, you can not give them any recieptect...
Are there ways around to pay taxes of such sales or do you in generally have to report them?I know of diffrent state law but just generally speaking...
