I am looking at starting a small business (baking from my home- dog treats to sell) from my home to sell mainly online. I live in Texas. Can anyone provide me with direct links as to: 1) If I can bake dog treats from my home, 2) what permits, licenses etc. I need in Texas, and 3) if there are any free companies (such as SBA) that can provide assistance in helping me figure out what all I need to do?
