As indicated, for a solo start up, obtaining working capital is difficult.    In addition, any amounts that may be obtained will be  low.    This is a key reason the owners of many start up organizations equity in their home or credit cards to obtain working capital.  There are some sections on this site you should check out as indicated by one of the posters, that is, a listing of some funders and a guide for financing.  Pitfalls to be careful of are private investors.   A private investor may be a good thing, though the downside to private investors that is not often discussed is that private investors may want a percentage ownership in the business, or a percentage of the profits, or both.    Partners may be  a way to obtain start up capital, which is similar to a private investor.   The difficulty many businesses face with a private investor, is that later in the business, there are often serious dissagreements between partners, which often causes business to split off or bitter separations.     There are not any solutions to this that are not difficult.  

Freelancing is a one kind of safe working but when you really need to start something step by step loan is available as a feelancer also.  But my wise advice is that when you are not able to smoothly repay your loan , dont leave freelance work, it would so much helpful to continue your business

Unfortunately, with bad credit - there really are no loan options for you or your business. Your only real options are: 1) fix your credit - it would be much better for you in the long-run to take the time now to fix your credit (pay down debt, consoldiate debt, etc) then to waste time trying to get around the issue. 2) Find a partner that does not have the weaknesses you do (like good credit). Even if you wated your time and money on building business credit - all lenders will still pull your personal credit history - thus, in the end all you will have done is waste more time and still face the same issue. Take the time to fix your credit and you will not have this issue in the future!
