Tiny Home-based Pet Sitting Business--Where to find what forms I will need.

I'm a stay at home mom with lots of experience with animals. I have done pet sitting for relatives and would like to earn a little extra cash to help out our family budget by offering pet sitting services. I've had no trouble finding the resources I need to learn more about caring for animals, what kind of insurance I will need and waivers and pet information forms I can use. What I cannot find anywhere is what government forms and registrations I will need. Everything is geared towards people who are planning to operate on a much larger scale. I will have no employees, no one will be visiting my home, I am not selling merchandise and I will probably make under $500 a month. It's so frustrating to wade through pages of information about employee taxes, parking lot licensing, etc. Is there a way to cut through the muck and find what I need?
