Tokyo business in Florida?!

I currently live and work in Tokyo.
My family lives in Florida.

 

I would like to start a Florida based corporation but i never go back to FL anymore.

Can i start a business over the internet without going back to FL?

tokyojosh, If you are an American, it will be very easy for you to start a business. You may still need a local address in Florida, so having everything mailed to your family is an easy solution. JimD

Take a look at the article, Starting a Business in the US as a Foreign National. You can start a business, but you will need a registered agent in the US. JimD
