Very short answer - No.
The Kerry-Lugar-Udall Bill might be of some use to you - if you google it you will find lots of info, however the restrictions are pretty stiff. You would need to apply for some form of immigrant visa as running a business in the US would obviously require you to be there.
H1 and H2 visas expressly forbid you from taking up employment.
