Hi everyone!
I'm planning import merchandise, retail and wholesale it, also through
internet. Do I need organize LLC or it can be sole proprietorship. Where
should I apply and what expenses expect? Will it cause any troubles with
customs if I have sole proprietorship?

We suggest a Corporation. We have been importing Japanese Engines for last 9 years. Whatever you import we wish you success. We also suggest you have a website.
