Hi there, I own a business in Chicago called the Chicago Brew Bus, LLC. One
of my competitors who I will call Chicago Party Bus, LLC (example) has bought
the domain name chicagobrewerytours.com (our site is chicagobrewbus.com). I
was wondering if I go and register a legal entity called Chicago Brewery
Tours, LLC, if I could make him stop calling himself Chicago Brewery Tours.
Or if there is another way I can get around this.
Currently he just owns the domain name chicagobrewerytours.com and it
redirects to his original website. I know I can't get the domain name
anymore, but I would still like to use that phase of words in other aspects
of marketing and advertising without having to worry about him and confusion
between our two brewery tour companies.
