Hi, I am a new retail internet business owner (sole proprietorship), in my cit we are required to register with the county clerk,I have done all of that & I recieved my tax id certificate & I've been paying sales tax under the business name.
My question is regarding the business name,can another business exactly the same as mine,use my business name on their website as well as other online advertizing?
