Tradmark Infringment?

I have a question about trademarks.
I own a website, and have been operating on my current domain since 02/14/2010. I have registered my business with my state, and filed a DBA with them as well under the same of my website. I was searching around google the other day and found a domain name almost identical to mine. Just one part of what my site says is missing, the word "the".
For example:
My site is thecampinggroundrule.net and the site i found is campinggroundrule.net.
This causes confusion and could cause my name to be diminished if this site uses bad practices. Do I have any ground to stand on with regards to trademark infringement?
Thanks
