Tricky question need some advice please

Hello all, i'm new to the board.  I need advice.   I am thinking of registering my business as sole proprietor in Ohio.  My business involves buying wholesale from the local supplier and distributing it into Canada only.  No sales in USA period.   I checked with 1st Stop Connections and the pdf they provide for distributors/wholesalers indicates that  a vendor's permit is not requir since I am not selling direct to end user.  Other than registering the business to get a business id, what other forms/licenses would I require?  Are there any sales tax to pay to state/federal since my business is strictly going to be selling to another country?  Thank you
