Trying to find Hospitality Representatives

The following question was posted by a Community member:

Hope that someone has an idea on how to do this, because I've just about given up. Manufacturers usually can hire sales representatives to go out and acquire business from retail clients.

 

However, I own a retail business and I'm trying to find Hospitality reps that will go out and represent our products to commercial businesses like Restaurants, Clubs, Hotels, Spas, or Hospitals, Schools and Colleges.

 

Does anyone have any advice on finding sales reps to solicit Hospitality, School or Hospital purchasing agents?

I have never heard of a hospitality rep. Rather, most businesses have employees whose job is to market the business. By having your own employee, even a part-time one, you know that they are working only for you and are specifically promoting your business. If you were to find a rep, you have no guarantees that your services are being constantly promoted.

One of the site that allow you to post job for free is “careerbuilder”.
