Trying to start a business with no money

I want to start a Hydroponics farm here in Lake Havasu AZ, growing fresh produce for the local community. I would also like to use solar, wind and geothermal energy to run it. I don't have the start up money, much less the money to do it right. I was hoping I could get a small business grant to get it running. I cant find any legitimate source of information on applying for this type of grant.
Any type of loan is out of the question because I would never qualify. I am looking for investors/partners but no one seems to have much money to spare. I can start small, with just $1000 or $2000. That would not include solar/wind and geothermal energy. It would just let me get a few crops going and start establishing the business selling at the local farmers market. Though space would be an issue because I would be limited to what I can fit and grow in the backyard.
