Hello, I am Alon Petersen, owner/operator of TuffGirl Builders, a residencial home repair and home improvement service that has been in business for the last 6 years without a written business plan because of my aversion to administrative tasks. I recently have chosen to change my point of view for the betterment of business and community. I am interested in writing a business plan, changing the company's legal status, government grants, getting up to speed on business taxes, compliance, getting better organized, being mentored and learning the steps needed to employ women who work in this nontraditional genre.
