Now a days Business community is getting more spammy posts so I think its a wise idea to add Google Recaptcha google.com/recaptcha during the creation of the new message or post.
Many sites use it and it really stops spam. I hope you will find it good.

We considered using recaptcha a while ago but decided against it for two main reasons:
Recaptcha is good at stopping bots from getting onto the Community but not humans with less than desirable objectives.
It's enticing enough for SEO enthusiasts to post their links on Business.gov that recaptcha doesn't stop them. It just adds a layer that might actually discourage participants that we do want to join.
In general, we find that personally moderating the Community is the best way to manage the spam and also send a clear message that spamming is not tolerated.
I appreciate your feedback and would welcome any other suggestions you have.

OK I got it. I think other members should also report spam posts. This is the best way to stop them because MOD cant look for each post. I do that regularly.

Absolutely! We depend up on our members to help us because in the long run it benefits everyone in the Community.
