How would I go about finding military personnel or other government personnel that are relocating in need of vehicle transportation services?
You could contact some of the places that offer Government corporate housing such as Oakwood & Equity Corporate to see what options are available for advertising.
You can easily reach your target market right after they solve their first issue of
'Where am I going to stay?'

In response to the question asked by Nicole d if the government has any contracts along these lines I would definitely be interested , but if not a network where I could find clients would also be very helpful thanks.
