We recently started a VA business and are in the process of building our
client base. Our goal is to actually partner with companies and be their go
to for all of their administrative needs.
What we want to know is some of the cons that keep businesses from utilizing
virtual administrative assistants or bad experiences they've encountered with
a VA.

business over the internet because they don't know where you are, who has
access to your computer, what might occur with their information, whether
competitors might obtain your information, and much more. Someone could hire
a VA and discover that they actually hired someone in a sweat shop in India
who is using an old, unsecured computer and selling your information to your
primary competitor. Worst case scenario, I know, but you get the idea.
