You can build a website yourself if you have the time and expertise. If you
want a professional looking site that will attract many viewers, you may want
to have professional help. You can provide text, photos, etc. and the
professional will create the site. Look for a professional that really knows
what they are doing, not someone who will throw a site together then leave it
up to you to do much of the work to attract search engines.
