Nice website.  Have you considered going green or at least using recycled goods?  You can go green by using paper made out of tree-free materials.  It costs a bit more, but it is better for the environment.  Eventually, it will be cheaper than paper made from trees.  Once everyone catches on to it and joins the green movement, it will prove to be more economical.  Also, there is a large number of green foundations to give support.  You might try setting up a google alert for the word 'brochure'.

You're right - sometimes a professional looking brochure can be cost prohibitive to a small business, so I think you've found yourself quite a niche.
