Since I am into seo, many of my friend told me about Web directory. I don't know much how it works and how much it effective can anybody explain me please.

Both business-specific directories and local directories are useful to cater
potential customers to your business. But I don't think general directories
add any value to your site.

I think only those directories that have manual moderation, higher rank and
attendance are important. Otherwise directories have lost their brilliance
they had 2 years ago
