I was wondering if anybody had info to share regarding Federal contracts for web services. Do federal agencies contract out the web development and design of their websites? How about related services such as search engine optimization?

It is not unusual for federal agencies to contract out some or all web development and design. Have any of our members had experience with federal web development contracts?
