I have created my websites. This are hosted outside us and most of the audience is also outside us. I was wondering if we earn from website how do we do the taxation for earnings through affiliation?

I have a similar situation that could be potentially upcoming. I have a business license in Washington State but if the actual ecommerce business being done is outsite of the US tax area would it still fall under those rules and regulations? I would really like to know before moving forward, the other gentleman did not really get an answer. I am not looking to do anything underhanded but only to limit the amount given away via taxes by all legal means possible.

Your website is a business and as a business he must be registred where you located (and of course pay the local taxes).
My suggestion is not to play with it and check the local laws for registering it. From my knowledge at most countrys the taxes you need to pay for a website business is much less than a 'regular' one.
